As a professional Life Coach , I coach individuals to put themselves first by encouraging them to face their fears, develop clarity around what they really want, take action towards achieving their dreams or working on specific areas to improve their lives.
My experience in Life Coaching has involved working for a range of clients: from start-up businesses to international blue chip companies, as well as public sector organisations in roles within sales and marketing and human resources/ recruitment. I have delivered successful Life Coaching across the UK and also overseas.
In addition to Life Coaching, I have also assisted qualified professionals to develop their career, or even achieve a complete career change, as well preparing the long-term unemployed to return to the workforce.
I can also assist with weight issues and permanent weight loss, relocation and emigrating and even taking a sabbatical to travel or write: whatever your dream, my personalised Life Coaching can help you achieve it.
An avid traveller, my journeys have taken me to places such as the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, Inca Ruins in Peru, Victorian Falls in Zimbabwe and the Glaciers of New Zealand. I can offer extensive advice if you are considering a sabbatical; I have undertaken independent travel and volunteering opportunities overseas. I also emigrated to New Zealand and lived there for several years before returning to the UK.
I am a graduate of CoachU, a leading Life Coach Training Programme, and also a member of the International Coach Federation which certifies and sets standards for Professional Life Coaches.
I am a qualified Clinical and Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapist and am completing a Master’s Degree in Rational Emotive Cognitive Behaviour Therapy at Goldsmiths University in London. I am also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, having trained with Paul McKenna.
