Life Coaching Packages


Tele-Coaching

Tele-coaching is an individualised phoned Life Coaching session, either 30 or 45 minutes in length.

This type of Life Coaching takes place over three weeks, with the fourth week giving you the opportunity focus on your action plan. Each session will be individually tailored to your needs.

It is also cost and time-effective as there is no need to travel to meet a Life Coach and you need only allocate the length of time of our appointed session. However, you will need to be put a slot aside each week to undertake assignments between each session that take you closer to reaching your goal.



Speed Coaching for Goals

Sometimes the issues that are holding us back or that we need to resolve aren’t really that difficult – we just can’t see the answers.

Speed Coaching is for those clients who want someone to check in with or gain support and encouragement from. I may ask powerful, illuminating questions, provide clear and simple advice or set an exercise to help you discover the answer.

Speed Coaching calls are fast, fun 5 minute check-in opportunity calls which are designed to help clients achieve their life-changing goals in a time efficient manner.

E-Coaching and Goal Tracker Coaching

Many busy professionals put off Life Coaching due to the time commitments and schedule constraints. This stops them from receiving the valuable insight and feedback that a professional Life Coach can offer.

E-Coaching is more flexible than Tele-Coaching. It’s great for clients who travel a lot as there is no fixed appointment time each week and also offers greater support for those who would like more frequent contact with their Life Coach in the week.

Benefits of E-Coaching

• Time Efficient – clients can achieve their goals much quicker than regular coaching and as a result it’s also more cost-efficient.

• You can have email coaching for as little as £7 per day.

• There are no long distant phone calls

• You are able to email me with a question, or for support, at whatever time your schedule allows (I usually respond within 48 hours)

• Clients can email questions as they occur rather than have to wait until our next appointment so valuable thoughts aren’t wasted.

• The interaction between Life Coach and client is motivational – for both parties!

• Better goals are set that require the client to develop further

• Clients can stay focused on the Life Coaching process with email reminders

• You can work at your own pace and do what you want, when you want

• E-Coaching is low pressure and relaxed

• It’s great for hearing impaired clients or those clients who feel it is easier to communicate in writing rather than verbally.

Challenges of E-Coaches

Unlike tele-coaching, rapport may take longer to develop and language and tone of voice may lead to miscommunications, negatively impacting the Life Coach-client relationship. Therefore, this suits people who prefer writing to speaking on the phone and find that email relationships can be as personal as a phone call or meeting with a Life Coach.

Getting Started

It’s simple: either phone or email me outlining your current situation, what you want to achieve with Life Coaching and with any questions you might have.

Together we can decide whether Life Coaching by telephone or email coaching would support you best.

If you contact me via email I will usually reply to your email within 48 hours. We will then arrange dates when your Life Coach appointments will take place.

I will also send you my terms and conditions outlining our responsibilities along with some exercise for you to complete and return before our first appointment. This ensures that our sessions are focused from the start and we make best use of our time together.

We will negotiate an agenda at the start of each session, along with what you would like to achieve and finishing with a task or action plan for you to complete to take you closer to achieving your goals.
