Who will be my Life Coach

Your Life Coach will be someone who is experienced in the area that you are seeking to tackle.

I have extensive Life Coaching experience within the recruitment industry and career planning as well as weight loss guidance. I have undertaken several sabbaticals during my working life including extended trips travelling overseas, so I am perfectly placed to offer sabbatical advice. I have also had fertility treatment and understand the many issues that couples and single people face when embarking on this journey.

How do I pay for Life Coaching?

Once our time has been scheduled, Life Coaching can be paid for via internet banking or Paypal. The total must be paid in advance of the coaching time. All Life Coaching services are contingent upon payment being made prior to the call.

What if I need more time than I paid for?

Unfortunately due to other appointments, Life Coaching calls will need to come to an end within 5 minutes of the agreed time. However, if more time is required another Life Coaching call can be arranged before the end of the call. If a second call is scheduled, an invoice will be emailed and payment will need to be made before the call. If, however if you have purchased a coaching package, then a session will be taken of the remaining number of calls that you have left.

I need Life Coaching now

If you require Life Coaching within the next 24 hours now, email your request now. I will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange an appointment with you to take place in the next 24 hours. A 50% surcharge is added should you require a call within the next 24 hours.

What if I need to cancel or change the time of my Life Coaching call?

If you would like to cancel an appointment you must email your request 48 hours prior to the call to be eligible for a refund.

If you need to reschedule your call then you need to email your request at least 48 hours prior to the call and if there is another available coaching time during the same week then this will be offered to you.

All coaching calls that need to be re-arranged will have to be rescheduled within the same calendar month.

What type of services are offered?

Personal Life Coaching

Personal Life Coaching is a one-on-one personal relationship with your Life Coach. You meet your Life Coach on a regular basis and sessions are tailored to be supportive, conversational and action-oriented as well as relevant to what is going on in your life at the time. One-Time Life Coaching

One-time Life Coaching is a single phone call to a Life Coach to focus on a particular issue that is happening in your life right now. It is personalised to provide you with clarity, purpose and direction to give you a way forward by the end of the call. Speed Coaching for Goals

Speed Coaching for Goals consists of fast, 5 minute calls designed to help clients achieve their goals in a time efficient manner.

Email Coaching and Goal Tracker Coaching

Email Coaching is for the busy person who would like Life Coaching but, due to time constraints or changing time schedules, needs flexibility. Simply contact your Life Coach when time allows and you will have a response within 48 hours.

How do I book a Life Coaching session?

Simple: just schedule a call or contact me using the online enquiry form and I will get back to you as soon as I can to discuss your requirements.

Is what we discuss confidential?

Yes. I believe establishing trust and confidentiality is essential to the coach-client relationship. The only exception to this rule would be if I believed that you were in immediate danger of harming yourself or another, or are in danger of being harmed by another. In this instance, I would contact the appropriate authorities but I would discuss this with you first.
